Unlike other all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants, you do not use a touch panel to order, but instead call a staff member to take your order. If you include having people come, giving orders, and confirming things, you'll end up wasting a lot of time. Also, if it is done by a person, there will be mistakes such as orders not going through, so if you do not receive your order within 3 minutes, you will need to confirm your order. Even if you don't order and just wait, the time limit will be cut down by the minute. They won't give you an extension even if you lose time. Also, the table isn't very large, so if you order too many at once, it won't fit. This is the point where you have to use your head. Create a rhythmic ordering process by placing your order while it's baking and changing the plates when it's brought to you. They will ask you to change the net frequently, so do it in a timely manner, but the point that you should be more careful about than the net is the firepower. Since it is a charcoal fire, the heat power is not constant and if you do not change the charcoal midway through, the heat will suddenly drop and it will take a long time to burn, resulting in a significant time loss. Especially in the second half of the battle, as time gets shorter, even if you notice a decrease in firepower, it's already too late. You will end up rushing due to the time limit. If you wait until the heat has turned down, you'll be losing time by not being able to bake it, so the heat may have dropped a little after about 30 minutes.
