Yaizu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Nikusho Kagari

Visited during lunch time. I ordered a tongue stew lunch, and my companion ordered an oil and chicken lunch. It was served in about 10-15 minutes. Tongue stew is a combination of slow-cooked beef tongue and demi-glace sauce that goes very well with rice. My companion, the fried chicken, is crispy fried chicken thigh meat covered in a sweet and sour sauce with plenty of chopped green onions, which also goes well with rice. I regret that I forgot to take a photo. I would like to try other menu items as well.

The beef tendon bowl for lunch is delicious! 800 yen with salad, small side dish, and soup A nice yakiniku restaurant with large portions. I'm also interested in other lunch menus! The staff was polite and the atmosphere was nice, making it a restaurant I would like to go to for yakiniku at night.

All the meats, including salted tongue, senmai sashimi, and horse sashimi, were exquisite ☺️
