Susono, Shizuoka, Japan｜Sakai Susono

Sakai is a great restaurant. I go there with my wife and daughters as much as I can. It is one of those places where simplicity meet quality and you find yourself enjoying your time more than you thought you would. The price is fair, not inexpensive. The food is meticulously prepared in a way that is simple to cook. Servers are very polite and also genuine. Their tables are spacious unlike other cramped restaurants I've been to. I have a tendency to not take pictures here since we eat as we cook, but I will try next time in a few weeks.

I enjoyed the prompt customer service and delicious meat. The desserts and side menus were also of very high quality.

It was delicious, but some of the sauce was salty, so I had to soak it in water before baking. It's hard to see at night, so the staff is pulling weeds outside?! It's an interesting scene.
