More Comments at Google MapWe used it for dinner when staying at the Bay Sheraton. The deciding factor was that I was able to make a reservation, the reviews were high, and I was able to eat Kobe beef. The yukhoe that everyone recommends through word of mouth is so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. It was refreshing and crisp, making it feel like I had eaten the real thing for the first time in a while. You can tell that the tongue is delicious when it is grilled. Skirt steak has just the right texture and flavor and goes well with rice and alcohol. I also ordered a platter of kimchi, which was a little sweet but had a good flavor as it was well marinated. Perfect for taking a break from chopsticks. The bill isn't as expensive as I thought, huh? That's what it felt like. I feel like if I eat and drink Shikotama even at a reasonable restaurant, it will cost me this much. It has been by far the best Yakiniku restaurant in the past few years. When I remembered it, I wanted to go again.
It's delicious anyway. Even at a good restaurant, the meat is always hit or miss, but no matter how many times I go there, the meat is always in good condition. The respect and love the staff have for the meat is amazing, and once you eat here, you won't be able to go anywhere else! We recommend making a reservation in advance.
The taste is the best of all the restaurants I've been to! It's really delicious. It seems to be quite busy around 6 o'clock, so I think 7:30 is a better time. The price is high, but you should definitely go there at least once. I was able to use Habatan Pay in Hyogo.
