I went there by car. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. First, I ordered the tongue steak and loin steak that I was aiming for. This is the market price, but it is reasonable! While chatting with the owner and his mother at the counter, we ate everything deliciously. Due to eviction, the business will close at the end of the year. It looked like it was fully booked, but there was still space! Reservations are required, but I would like to go again. (As of 2023.10.26)

The restaurant, which has 4 counter seats and 3 tatami rooms, was run by a couple. I ordered the ``Tongue Steak'', which is said to be best eaten at Toshichan. Price varies depending on size. The host grills and cuts a thick piece of steak for you. The tongue is very soft and filling. I ordered beef skirt steak, offal, and grilled liver, and they were all delicious. The Kone beef belly is especially recommended. It's worth going to Toshi-chan, which serves reasonably priced Japanese Wagyu beef. The conversation with the host was interesting and informative, and we had a great time.

The tongue steak is grilled by the staff at the restaurant and is very delicious! ︎The beef tongue salt was refreshing and both were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them! ︎It was my first time there, but it felt like home! There were two cute and funny grandfathers and two cute and smiling grandmothers! I would like to go again ☆
