It's always full on Saturdays and Sundays, so I order from 8pm onwards. In particular, I like the large trottan. There are other Baili restaurants, but I like the meat and system here the most.

We visited Mr. Shirai, a yakiniku restaurant that represents Hiroshima. The taste is undisputedly outstanding. Even if you don't ask for the top, ordinary ribs and loin are delicious enough. In addition, you can enjoy the taste of salted meat such as salted tongue and koune, so you can see that they are choosing good meat at the purchase stage. The kimchi, namul, and salad on the side menu are also delicious, so you can be satisfied from start to finish. Personally, the combination of chisha on salt tongue on namul on kimchi on miso is the most delicious. I don't think everyone asks for it, but the garlic rice is so delicious. The cold noodles are naturally delicious, but I think you'll be addicted to eating tail ramen and yukgejang ramen. Ordinary yakiniku restaurants are oily inside, but Mr. Shirai's is clean, so I often use it when relatives come or when my family gathers. Thank you for your continued support of delicious meat.
