Hiroshima, Japan｜Wagyu BBQ Furusato Hiroshima station

Just had one of the best meals I’ve ever had. It’s our last day in Japan before we head back home and we were hoping to have a great, last meal and this restaurant was the best send off we could have asked for. We were a group of 5 and asked the hostess if she had anything available (we came in around 20:00). Although she did not know much English, she made every effort to communicate with us and let us know to have a seat and wait as we would be seated shortly. About 5 minutes pass and the hostess very kindly updated us on her Pocketalk device that they are getting our table ready and should be done in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, 10 minutes go by and we were given directions on where our table was. Our table was very clean and already prepared for us (sauces, chopsticks, napkins, etc.). The waiter explained to us as well as he could how it worked (ordering through tablet on the table) and brought us a physical English menu as well. We loved the options available and ordered a total of 3 sirloin steaks, 3 rare premium cuts, 2 lean premium cuts, 4 bowls of garlic fried rice, and a salad. The food came out quite fast after ordering and, this was some of the best food I’ve ever had. And for reference, this also wasn’t the first wagyu restaurant we had visited in Japan. We were so impressed by it - all you could hear from our booth was “wow.” The meat and sides were exceptional and the service was prompt and always with a smile. The sirloin steak really left us with a lasting impression as we left it for last. We left the restaurant stuffed to the brim and with a big smile knowing our last meal in Japan was spectacular. Great experience. Delicious and fresh meat. Lovely seating which offers plenty of privacy while you cook, eat and laugh. You will only get judging eyes from the waitress as she sees how badly you cook your meat

Delicious beef, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. U can order dishes using the touch screen monitor.Dish name also has English.
