Speaking of Yakiniku in Sapporo, it is Genghis Khan, and it was so delicious that celebrities would meet after the concert. I tried it because I was told that regular lamb would be fine cooked rare, but it was quite a shock in a good way. I was told by an arrogant female waitress who was clearly in a bad mood to order drinks by scanning the QR code with a smartphone, but there was no guidance if the person did not have a smartphone, so this could be improved. I would like you to do that ☝️ Even if you deduct that, it's still a delicious restaurant, so I think it's good. I will repeat this when I go to Sapporo again 👍

I was able to get in without a reservation because it was Sunday night. It's grilled rather than Genghis Khan pot, but the lamb meat was delicious. Even the rare meat recommended by the store clerk had no odor and I could taste the taste of the meat. I like to bake it crispy, so I baked it well and enjoyed it. Lamb meat is a little expensive, but the 320 yen menu was substantial, and it was delicious even though it was cheap, such as pork ribs and hormones.
