I ate yakiniku at Kimchi, a famous yakiniku restaurant in Sapporo. It's a very popular restaurant, so if you want to use it, we recommend making a reservation early. There is a slight difference between the store's opening time and the time when customers are admitted, so even if the store is empty, it is often full of reservations and you cannot get in. You may be able to get in near closing time, but it depends on your luck, so it's difficult to make a reservation. The special green onion salted tongue is a must-try dish. In fact, it's so delicious that it's no exaggeration to say that I came here to eat just this. The tongue has quite a bit of fat, and the spiciness has been removed and the taste has been added to the tongue, which means that there are a lot of delicious green onions on it.You can eat it after grilling it, or you can also cook it together. It can be eaten in a variety of ways. And it's delicious. This was so delicious. The runner-up was Mino. It was cut in an unusual way, and it was much thicker than the minos from other stores. However, it doesn't simply become hard and it feels strange. There are some restaurants that cut Mino's meat in a ususuzukuri style, but the approach from the other side is something you won't find at other restaurants, and it's still delicious, so I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. I ate the other meats happily and deliciously, but the two items mentioned above were particularly good, and the quality of the special green onion salted tongue was particularly high. On the other hand, the kimchi, which is the name of the restaurant, was spicy. It didn't taste like kimchi at all, which was a bit of a disappointment. Maybe it was just a coincidence that I ate it on the day I ate it? I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Please check out our blog for other Yakiniku restaurant information. I also eat at Yakiniku restaurants in Sapporo.

I came with my senior when I went on a business trip to Sapporo. The meat is fresh, not greasy and very tasty. Personally, skirt steak and liver were terrible. Also, it is a shop that I would like to visit.

I went with my girlfriend on the first day of my four-month business trip near Susukino. I ordered two draft beers, oy kimchi, green onion salted beef tongue and skirt steak. Oi kimchi until the meat comes. I think it contains celery, but I don't like it, so should I write celery on the menu even if it's small, or celery kimchi? I would appreciate it if you could write it. This is not your typical oy kimchi. The salted tongue can be eaten grilled on one side, but it's thin, but it's full of sesame oil and green onions, so if you like green onions, I recommend moving it carefully to the grilled plate *Don't drop it!!! bottom. Once both sides are well browned, I recommend turning them over to cook them all the way through and moving them to a plate, then cut them into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors. I cut it on the grill, so I lost the blood that is suitable for the expression of a thick soup, so I regretted it when I was chewing it. If you want to enjoy the juicy deliciousness that comes out of the meat, cut it with a plate!!! When paying, please tell the staff how delicious it was. if you want to see a smile
