Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Kurohime Hassamu

I went to Kurohime for the first time. There were always a lot of cars parked around lunch time, so I was curious about it, and this time I was finally able to go. This time, we received a large skirt steak set and a deluxe set. The deluxe platter is made with marbled meat, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the juices spread throughout your mouth, giving it a sweet taste that makes the rice go so much better! Apparently, it's a precious part of the meat. (I forgot the buoy name lol) The skirt steak was also seasoned and was soft and delicious. To cleanse my palate, I was served a slice of cut pineapple. It was a very helpful service! They also have take-out service, so I think I'll be having Yakiniku outside of this season in the future, so I'd like to take advantage of that. There is a calendar of events for the month at the entrance of the store, so it might be a good idea to check it out.

I had a large Kurohime Kalbi lunch. The meat was thinly sliced, but it was delicious. It's good to have two types of sauce. I'm also curious about the mini curry.

Used for lunch. I had always thought that it would be difficult to get into, but it actually wasn't. The meat was Betsukai Wagyu beef and it was very delicious. There were two types of all-you-can-eat menu, and it was for two people. Lunch includes a drink bar. If you collect points, you can get good products. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or transportation system. When I made a point card, I received a coupon for a 500 yen discount on my next visit.
