It seems that it is not completely raw, but is cooked at a low temperature and finished like sashimi. Serve with wasabi soy sauce. You can enjoy the soft beef tongue with no odor. Kalbi is thin, so it can be grilled quickly, and it is light, so you can eat as much as you want. I will refill. It might be good to roll white rice and eat it✨ There was Kanjang Gejang (seasonal). Unlike the usual gejang, it had a strong crab flavor and was a go-to drink. Yukgaejang soup is hot and has a strong spiciness and no sweetness. The okra namul was good for chopstick rest. There were times when the service was delayed because it was crowded, but I didn't mind because the clerk's customer service was pleasant. There are two table seats on the entrance side of the raised seat.
The yakiniku sauce comes in a set of 3 types from the beginning, so you can eat it without getting bored. The rice is also delicious. I especially like ``Seasonal Namul''. In the spring, we could eat chrysanthemums, and in early summer, we could eat asparagus namul. Homemade gelato is also a delicious way to end the meal.
