Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan｜ジンギスカンとホルモンの店さくら

I visited this place in the 3rd week of June 2023 late in the evening around 9pm. There was English menu and made the ordering experience easier. The meats were decent. But alot of the selection were out of stock. I liked that the grilling was done over charcoal. I saw another group of tourists who came from the same country as me. They were put off by a group of smokers beside them. You should avoid this place if you despise smokers. The cigarettes smoke affected my enjoyment of the food, regrettably. Even though I was seated further from the source.

We reached our guest house around 9pm, and we haven’t had our dinner yet, and it was heavy snow winter session, almost every restaurants are closed. However we managed to stumbled on this yakiniku place that still open till 11pm. There is limited English on the menu, The shop owners were very kind, they try to help us and communicate with us using google translate, we managed to order our food, and they tasted really great. We were really lucky that this place still open till 11pm, otherwise we have to stand and eat 7-11 food.

It's about 1,500 yen by taxi from Chitose station, but it's open until 23:00, so I was able to eat slowly even after arriving at Chitose at night!
