I usually visit Kumano, but this time I visited the Hemori store for the first time. The politeness of serving food and customer service are overwhelmingly different. The presentation of the food at the Kasumori branch was, to say the least, sloppy.The atmosphere was that the customer service was only doing the bare minimum, and they were only making loud noises when they were leaving, which was unpleasant. (Especially the 👓 male clerk seems to have been quiet all the time..) I think the Kumano store is very careful in the presentation of the food☺️⭐️The customer service was a short-haired man and a pink-haired clerk who I recently started seeing.I had a good impression of the customer service. Of course, the store clerk gives special consideration to children, such as children's chairs and scissors trays, etc. You can go home with a happy feeling ☺️ I'm surprised there is such a difference. Even the same menu looks completely different. Bibimbap doesn't come with soup.

I had a private room and was able to relax.
