For the daily special, you could choose from Korean seaweed, offal, and sausage. The daily meat is on this day Harami, pork loin. Large servings of rice are free. You can choose from single, double, or triple meat. Since the photo is a triple, it may be quite small if it is a single. As expected, the triple is very voluminous. Skirt steak is very soft and delicious. The pork loin is large and comes with two types of sauce. It was delicious.

The quality of the meat and the service were excellent. Yama-chan is the only choice around Gifu Station. I will be using this again.
