We buy meat at Yoro Meat Main Store next door and grill it. Please see the previous post for details on Yoro Meat❣️ The staff at the store will light the charcoal fire and clean it up for you. They also sell sauces, and if you tell them what you like, they will make your own sauce for you. Bring the sirloin, beef tongue, short ribs, and offal you bought at Yoro Meat and go! From Yoro Meat Uncle I was told that I could just ask the shop staff to grill the sirloin for me, and they grilled it for me! The meat was grilled with a nice seasoning of herbs such as rosemary and rock salt, resulting in a melt-in-the-mouth meat. This is so delicious. It's greasy and feels greasy! The beef tongue is also thick. You can't go wrong with the ribs. The BBQ comes with vegetables, and the guy at the restaurant told me that if you grill the onions with the beef offal, it will turn out delicious like ajillo. Wow, these onions are so delicious. This is a place where you can have a barbecue without any preparation. All vegetables, meat, and drinks can be purchased on the premises of Yoro Umaimon Hiroba. Of course, you don't have to start your own fire. If you buy vegetables, they will cut them for you on the spot. You can also buy a large bowl of warm rice for 200 yen, so you don't really need to bring anything. You can also buy cold drinks, so I can't really complain. I was able to buy high-quality Hida beef, which was great. I will definitely come again! It's a really recommended place♪
