Hida beef for the win! This yakiniku lunch from Bakuro Ichidai. Premium beef with fresh veggies for grilling, salad and miso soup. No wonder this restaurant is so popular they opened a branch outside Gifu. 🤩

It was my first time visiting this store. I was surprised by the acrylic board partitions, which differed from the exterior by having a calm atmosphere and being a bit dark so customers couldn't tell each other. I was surprised by the atmosphere, which didn't seem like a yakiniku restaurant. From where I first entered, I had no idea what was going on inside the store, and even though I was told to go to the second floor, I had no idea where I was going.While I was waiting, I looked at the products on sale. There were take-out items with the flavor of Tagayaki pork and chicken wings that I wanted to buy and take home, but I forgot. I'm always impressed by the abundance of vegetables in the salads at Ichidai Bakuro's lunches.It's a salad that makes you want to order it separately because of the variety of seasonal vegetables rather than the quantity. The beauty of each dish was evident even before I ate it. You can eat a little bit of meat and it's delicious, and it's reasonably priced, which makes me really happy. I'm not a drinker, so every time I go, I wish the rice would arrive early. I'd also like to go and see the atmosphere at another store.

I used it for a holiday dinner. I flew in without a reservation during peak hours, so I was given a condition of less than two hours of seating time, but I didn't intend to stay long, so it wasn't a problem. Hida beef extremity short rib set? (I forgot the name) was very delicious with a moderate amount of fat. In addition, the pickled ribs were well soaked in taste, and it was my favorite texture and taste. In addition to beef, there seems to be pork and chicken, so I would like to come back slowly. This time it was an indoor unrelated roaster seat, but I think that the outdoor terrace seat is also good. I think it was about 15000 yen for 3 adults drinking only one beer 🍺.
