Gifu, Japan｜清香園

A yakiniku restaurant in Akanebe Hishino that is loved by locals. It has been run by an elderly couple for many years, and I have been going there since I was little. After becoming an adult, I often used it for launches after baseball tournaments and golf competitions in the town. On the 2nd floor, there is a tatami room that can accommodate about 10 people. It's a store that I don't want to be known too much, but when I take my friends there, I go there before I know it. For the time being, I always ask for liver sashimi for foil grilling and raw size. After pouring beer into the tongue sashimi and namul platter, I ordered red meat, salt ribs, skirt steak, and a large amount of rice. Marinated short ribs on top of rice just like Japanese folklore, dipped in a homemade sauce on the rice. It's a moment of bliss. It seems that my father passed away, so I pray for the repose of his soul. I will definitely go there when I get home.

It was delicious. The inside of the store was also renovated, it was beautiful. Kalbi was the best! I love pork tuna! The staff's response is also very good. As a countermeasure against corona, the next seat is separated by a partition, so there is a feeling of a petite private room.

I can't eat anything other than kimchi from this restaurant. It won't be long before it reaches the taste of the master.
