Visited August 5, 2023 I visited for lunch on the advice of an acquaintance. The atmosphere of the restaurant is more like a Japanese restaurant than a yakiniku restaurant. The inside of the store is also beautiful. I dared to enjoy yakiniku as a single item instead of the lunch menu. There are few words, but every meat is delicious. The tongue in particular was the most delicious I have ever eaten. I forgot to take a picture, but the cold noodles I ate at the end were delicious. I don't go to Gifu very often, but it's a shop I want to visit again!

This is a very honest store. Although it is a high-class store in this area, There are special ribs and regular ribs for ribs and loin, so if you order regular ribs, you won't have to pay too much. The quality is good as the simple short ribs are delicious as well! My kids eat a lot, so I order a lot of chicken. Thoroughly cut off the fat and sinew from the meat. I think this is the conscience of a yakiniku restaurant, as I can see both high-end and not-so-high-end restaurants here and there. The young staff's customer service is pleasant and very sincere. The taste is perfect. The non-meat dishes are of a high standard, which is helpful since I don't eat a lot of Yakiniku at Yakiniku restaurants. Personally My favorite menu items are Sagari Steak, Yukkejangkuppa, and Sanchu, all of which are very large so NICE! Everyone has different tastes when it comes to food, but when my loved ones come from other prefectures, they come to this restaurant without hesitation, and they all succumb in agony.
