Possibly the best tepan meat grill restaurant nearby Inuyama where we stayed. Beef quality was excellent, top class buttery melt in the mouth. Just grill them slightly for a few seconds, dip in a touch of soya and ready to enjoy. We were deeply impressed! This place should be exposed for its authenticity and meat quality. Thank you for having us there. We will come back whenever we visit Inuyama again.

This time we came with 6 people, "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi" "Brand beef hitsumabushi" "Hire-mabushi" I tried to compare 3 kinds of eating. The brand beef of the day is "Yonezawa Beef" The meat of Kuroge Wagyu beef was a chewy meat that spreads umami when you bite into it. Yonezawa beef is tender, fatty, and has a sweet taste. The fillet has less fat than branded beef, but it was a high-quality meat with a condensed flavor. All the meats are delicious, but personally, considering the cost performance, I liked the brand beef mabushi. The Hojicha ice cream after the meal was also very sweet with a gentle sweetness.
