2023.3 Meat ceremony I made a reservation in advance on the route from Kanagawa to Gero Onsen. I was looking for something that wasn't too heavy, but also didn't look cheap. The room I was led through looked like a ninja room, and when I opened the hidden door, it was a two-person room with a slightly low ceiling, which was kind of fun. The room facing the hallway is large and suitable for families. That small room would be a lot of fun if you came as a couple. I think it was lunch time, but I wanted to eat whatever I wanted, so I ordered not only meat from the grand menu, but also individual items such as the restaurant's signature hamburgers, so it was a bit expensive. Slice ribs, etc., of course, for yakiniku. The Hida beef fillet was cut quite thickly (from what I remember...it might have been Chateaubriand). Sorry it was half a year ago 😵 The fun of grilling slowly and letting it rest so that the fat runs vertically! The fillet is still delicious✨ What about the parking lot...10 cars? No, 15? Was there space for that? Sorry for being vague. The only disappointing thing was that the grill was a cheap and thin mesh. There were some different photos posted by other people, but maybe it's a problem with the gas stove. Well, even with that in mind, it was a yakiniku restaurant that I'm glad I chose.
