I visited with my wife for lunch! I had the wagyu beef hitsumabushi, and the meat had a strong flavor and was very delicious! Since it's Hitsumabushi, I also had it with Ochazuke and Tororo, but I personally found it to be the most delicious as is! The tatami room had a nice atmosphere, and it was a restaurant that even families would want to visit.

The lunch posted on the shop's site looked delicious and visited the shop. I ordered the yakiniku course bamboo, but the quality is better than the image posted on the site. The four types of meat were high-quality meat itself, and I was able to fully enjoy the taste of each part. The liver is also plump and delicious. The flavored rice with Hida beef was cooked so well that I thought it was in a Japanese restaurant, and the taste of the meat and the sweetness of the rice were well combined and it was delicious. There are variations such as light sauce, lemon juice, ponzu sauce, rock salt, and black pepper, so you can enjoy choosing. The dressing salad is so fresh that it makes a crunchy sound. Dressing is normal. The appearance of the meat and salad looks great. 2,180 yen excluding tax with dessert feels pretty good. The interior is bright, clean and stylish, perhaps because it has been renovated compared to the exterior. BGM also flows well. The customer service of the clerk was also polite. I really liked it. It is a good shop that I can recommend to anyone.
