I've become a fan of this restaurant just for the salt tongue. This time, I ordered salt tongue, upper ribs, upper loin, upper mino, hearts, and guts, and they were all delicious. The upper ribs were so soft that you didn't have to chew. The number of shops I want to go to has increased.

Even though the beef tongue is thickly sliced, it is very easy to eat! ! The beef sashimi melts in your mouth. The tenderloin varies considerably depending on the restaurant, but here you can enjoy good tenderloin at a reasonable price (I think it was ¥2500...)! The chicken was also very delicious with a salty sauce and was very soft and delicious! Next time I want to eat beef tongue shabu-shabu.
