Incredible food and wonderful service. A truly great Tokyo eatery, well worth a visit for a drink and plenty to eat. Affordably priced small plates for sharing of exceptional quality.

A little-known spot where you can enjoy the view of the glittering buildings of Marunouchi from the open air under the guard. I have a halogen stove, so being outdoors in winter isn't bad. It had a fantasy feel to it, as if I had stepped into the world of Christopher Doyle's films. A stylish new izakaya affiliated with New Tokyo. It's a soba restaurant for lunch. When I passed by, I noticed that the background music was King Gnu, which was unusual, and it stuck in my memory (I later learned that the staff members were fans). The male owner of the restaurant was very polite and served a delicious appetizer. Gibier menu with sika deer pate and jerky, merciless sour lemon slices, and snacks that were out of stock, I can't help but come back again. It's about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Station's Marunouchi North Exit, and can be easily seen from the windows of Maruzen's cafe and lounge.
