I learned about Izakaya Yamaji through the introduction of friends and acquaintances and have been patronizing it for the past 2-3 years. No matter which dish you have, it is really delicious, but in general yakitori skewers (personally liver and bonjiri), items using Amami specialty ingredients and fried oysters from Hiroshima, Setouchi lemon sour, fried natto and white Boiled liver offal is excellent. I would like to continue to support Izakaya Yamaji, a wonderful family-run izakaya run by a friendly, handsome, and kind manager.

There are many types of sashimi, and some are rare. The shallow-jime mackerel is exquisite, and it's not something you can eat anywhere. There are various kinds of sake that go well with it, so I always get confused about which one to choose. I'm looking forward to the yakitori after the sashimi.

Seafood and yakitori are delicious. The store staff are also energetic and have a good impression. 2021.7 postscript. We are working hard on takeout even during the coronavirus pandemic. The taste is undeniable.
