The store I go to most often is Shoma. The food is delicious, the owner's personality, the staff's energy, and it's a restaurant I always enjoy visiting. The recommended dishes are stir-fried levanilla and grilled liver stamina. I'm a big liver fan, and the liver here is fresh and very delicious because it's purchased from a restaurant in Kawaguchi that is a classmate of the master's. Both meat and vegetable dishes are cooked perfectly. There are a variety of fish and other items that are delicious. After training at the gym, I often eat sticky tofu, which is a good source of protein. Great to accompany rice. I heard from Taku-chan of the back alley garage market, so it’s GOOD 👍

Not only sashimi, but also hearty dishes such as fried rice are delicious. And it's reasonable. The staff is very nice and I can understand why this store is so popular.
