This dashimaki-style yuruyaki was delicious! Fluffy eggs in a thick soup stock. On top is mentaiko, soy sauce, and nori. This one is addictive! Also, the chicken skin is so tender!

I happened to go drinking at an izakaya on Minamigin-dori today. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is cheap and delicious. I would like to bring friends again.
