You can enjoy a wide variety of sake, from standard to rare items. You can choose the amount from 60cc, and it's easy to order a variety of different types, so it's an irresistible place for sake lovers. When you order sake, it's fun to be able to choose your favorite sake cup from among several, as shown in the photo. This was the second restaurant I went to, so I didn't order much, but the taste and presentation of the food was of a high standard.Next time, I'll definitely choose it as the first restaurant and try the recommended sea urchin dishes and rice cooked in a clay pot.

On Monday, April 17, 2023, I visited GOKURi Omiya branch for lunch with sake and creative small side dishes. The structure of the restaurant is centered around table seating. Most of the customers were local office workers and office ladies. Jazz music is playing inside the store, creating a stylish atmosphere. When I sat down at the table, I was given cold water and towels. The polite and efficient customer service from the staff was also good. I had a fried chicken set meal. It came with 5 pieces of fried chicken, salad, 2 small side dishes, rice, and miso soup for 900 yen including tax. The small bowl was a Japanese dish of potato salad, fried tofu, and komatsuna. The potato salad contained mentaiko and lots of potatoes. The Japanese seasoning of fried tofu and komatsuna was also good. The fried chicken is the size of a child's fist, has a crispy coating, and is seasoned with spicy flavor. The chicken was moist and chewy, and the more I bit into it, the more flavorful it was. The salad that came with it was shredded lettuce and cabbage topped with a salty, flavorful dressing. The rice cooks well and the meal goes well. The ingredients for the miso soup were simple: fried tofu, wakame seaweed, and green onions, and the soup stock was good. It was delicious.

When I was looking for a restaurant where I could have delicious sea urchin dishes, I found [Sake and creative small bowl dishes GOKURi Omiya store]. 7 minutes walk from the east exit of Omiya station. All sea urchins served here are additive-free. You can fully enjoy the original taste of sea urchin. When I got to my seat, an appetizer was brought to me. I was able to choose the appetizer from about 6 types of small bowls. I had always thought that an appetizer would basically bring something specific, so I'm happy to see this consideration...! Moreover, all of them looked delicious and I was at a loss. As a result of my hesitation, I order mentaiko. My friend chose sake steal cream cheese. And let's get sea urchin right away, The first thing I ordered was sea urchin rice (¥1,800). A dish in which sea urchin sits on top of rice and is rolled with meat. The sweetness of the sea urchin and the umami of the meat combine to create a luxurious taste. Also, when I come here, I definitely want to order! I was determined to Sea urchin and salmon roe rice in a clay pot (¥3,400 per person *Minimum order for 2 people). I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to finish cooking, so I ordered as soon as I sat down. When I opened the lid of the earthenware pot, it was full of bliss! First of all, I will take it as it is. The salmon roe pops in your mouth, and the sea urchin is smooth. The feeling that the inside of the mouth is being spoiled. It's so rich in flavor that it loosens even your heart. Next, pour the dashi stock over it to make dashi chazuke. The umami of the soup stock is effective, and the amount of sea urchin will ease the level of self-assertion, but this is also delicious. It's nice to be able to enjoy the contrast of umami by changing the taste. After enjoying the sea urchin, I decided to order other seafood dishes. Iwate Kamaishi oysters (¥800) are creamy and smooth. The smooth texture is also irresistible. The mizu octopus carpaccio (¥1,200) is so refreshing that you might want to eat as much as you want. continue, Enoki pork skewers (¥200). I can't tell you well from the picture, but it's surprisingly big, and it's more delicious than I imagined! I had it with Japanese pepper salt. I might have replaced this if I had room in my stomach. The corn kakiage (¥900) is crispy and fragrant. Why is corn kakiage so appealing to me... If it's written on the menu, I'll order it regardless of whether it's there or not. Grilled domestic vegetables with anchovy butter (¥800) has anchovies and butter. With this seasoning, it seems that you can eat a lot of vegetables. Not to mention sea urchin, All other menus were delicious and memorable taste. The customer service is also pleasant, and even after leaving the store, you will be immersed in the afterglow. I definitely want to visit again.
