I visited you on Friday around 6pm. This is Shimojo's third time. I thought they were closed because the noren was down, but they said they had almost run out of doteyaki so they lowered the noren. It seemed like they weren't letting customers in anymore, but I was able to come in and say, ``Okay, okay, I usually serve three doteyaki, but I'll only have two.'' Not only the dote-yaki, but also the dote-tamago, pickles, and senmai are all really delicious! Yakisoba was the first type of yakisoba that I tried at Shirudaku. I live outside of the prefecture and rarely get to visit him, so I was really happy that I was able to come in thanks to the general's kindness. Anyway, it's a really popular shop. If you want to be sure to eat, you need to get there early! I thought.

It's been a long time since I've been deeply moved by a long-established izakaya. Mainly hormone-based dishes. There are not many types on the menu, but they are all delicious. Regular customers order Zenmai with a high probability, so I tried copying it and it turned out to be a big hit. Contrary to its appearance, it is refreshing and tastes great. The general's lighthearted talk is also a must-listen. I definitely want to visit again when I come to Kofu.
