Despite being full of praise, I was forced to refrain from drinking, so I revisited my old friend for the first time in nine months. It's still lively and the service is great. We are as particular about the materials as always. The sashimi from Kochi, the sardines from Hokkaido, and the salted chicken guinea are all amazing. Although the sardines are large, the flesh is fluffy and tender to the bone, perhaps because they are slowly grilled using far-infrared rays. I still can't stop drinking. I stayed there for over 3 hours and ended up drinking. ___________________________ A restaurant that specializes in fish that appeared in Tatomi. One of the selling points is the charcoal grill at the counter. The Japanese sake is also particular about something that is not typical of Yamanashi. Salt-grilled sardines are a must. Even though I have been to many sardine specialty stores, this was my first experience at this level and I was shocked. Also, the salted chicken is soft and goes perfectly with the sweet and sour gari. They are very particular about the dressing, sauce, and condiments, and if I were to complain about this, I would say that there is nothing to eat in Yamanashi.The ingredients, preparation, and side dishes are well thought out and delicious. You can't go wrong with medium-thick noodles with chicken salt, up to Shimera Ramen. Wow, I hope you keep working hard for a long time. It's the store I was looking for.

Izakaya San, which opened within walking distance, has been on my mind for a long time! ️I was finally able to ask 🤗 The staff's friendliness, cleanliness, menu, taste, and serving time do not disappoint at all. Everything was perfect. There are 8 counter seats in the store? There are 2 table seats, 2 tatami room seats, and 1 table seat outside the store. The menu seems to change sometimes, so I think I'll go back in a little while 😊 The appetizer salad with homemade dressing 🥗 was also delicious! ️The sashimi was apparently fresh fish delivered directly from the farm, and it was really delicious ♡ All the staff members were very young and sparkling. Many of our customers were young girls, as if they were attracted to that lol. We aunties thought we were out of place, but we enjoyed the drinks and delicious snacks☺️✨ It was featured on local TV a while ago, so it's best to make a reservation before visiting.

Everything was delicious I thought it was delicious for the first time at an izakaya in Yamanashi. As written, the salted chicken was soft and went well with the ginger! The silver cod was even better than the high-end restaurants in Yamanashi. The sea bream rice also comes with ochazuke, and when you add dry condiments, it becomes thick and new.
