This is a shop I always stop by when I go to Kofu. A friendly mom and master will welcome you. It's always crowded with regulars, so Reservations are recommended. The sashimi is also delicious, including horse sashimi, grilled horse hormones, and boiled chicken offal. There are also many other menu items. You can keep a one-shochu bottle of shochu.
