Kyoto, Japan｜Hamacho

We were in Kyoto for 4 days and had dinner at this restaurant twice. It was amazing. Sitting up at the bar, watching the chef while enjoying fabulous food. And the prices are super affordable. We did a cooking class while in Japan, but sitting watching this Chef felt like a free cooking class on how to prepare sashimi. Highly recommend.

The place feels very authentic and traditional. The service was phenomenal and the food was incredible. We tried the Kaiseki which was delicious and a good idea for tasting a bit of everything from the Japanese flavors.
