I like this shop so much that I have to come to Nagoya for it. The best miso oden experience with fine wine recommendation you can find in Nagoya. Their braised beef tendon and anchovy fries are also a must! The stuff were very helpful and servicing well. Recommend!

Of course, oden is on the menu, and it's so delicious that you won't be able to eat it in Gifu.You might think it looks heavy, but despite the richness of the soup stock, it's so refreshing that it doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste. Another thing that was personally shocking to me was the edamame. I'm sorry that I don't remember the details, but it must have taken a lot of time and effort to smoke it and then roast it again, and it was incredibly delicious with the perfect smoked aroma and salty taste. I can't stop drinking beer...! My father-in-law was also interested in Hayashi rice, so I ordered it as a finishing touch. It was really delicious. My father-in-law was also quite happy lol This place has a pretty extensive wine menu, and there are autographs on the wallpaper from famous people in the wine industry, so I guess people who like wine often come here. (I don't like wine so I couldn't get my hands on it...) The atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff's response, and the menu were all very good, and I was happy to have found such a good restaurant.
