Beef tendon contains tofu. There was a raw egg (Tsukimi egg) on ​​top of the beef muscle stew, and I broke it and ate it, but the taste was light and very delicious. The grated chicken tempura and ponzu sauce came out with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce sprinkled on top. Toriten was fried crisply and was very good, but I personally felt that it would be better if the radish and grated ponzu were provided separately so that the toriten would not cool down until just before eating. The dashimaki egg is not too sweet and has a good taste. I wanted to eat a little more, but what I've been served so far is quite voluminous and I'm full.
