Iida, Nagano, Japan｜Matsuda

I have been eating at Matsuda whenever I am in Iida for close to 20 years. The food is excellent and portions are ample. Service is thoughtful. And the atmosphere is homey and friendly. I recommend it highly. It just keeps getting better.

There was a word of mouth that cutlet was recommended, but I ordered a fried chicken set meal. When it arrived, it was disappointing that it was not thigh meat but dry breast meat when it arrived, but it was prepared and the batter was crispy and soft, and it was delicious! You can provide it. I was very satisfied with the taste and volume. [Second time] I ordered a cutlet set meal. Just the right texture. The rice, miso soup, and accompanying macaroni salad are also delicious.
