I checked the menu here, but there was no set of katsudon, so I ordered soba and katsudon separately. It's over budget, but appetite is a priority. The mori soba that comes out is cold and firm, and it is smooth and refreshing when it goes down your throat. If it's a summer lunch, I'd like to sip on a large serving of this. And the cutlet bowl is full of eggs. The cutlet is crispy with a strong seasoning. Healed by the sweetness of onions. Apparently, it seems that egg binding is put on top of the bonito on the rice. In Nagano Prefecture, there are many ways to make katsudon depending on the restaurant, which is interesting.
