Suwa, Nagano, Japan｜Tokuhachi

I visited here for dinner on a trip. I thought that if I came to Shinshu, I would like to eat soba noodles, but it seems that Tendon using Shinshu miso is recommended, so I ordered it. It comes with bowl-sized soba noodles, so I asked for one. The combination of freshly fried tempura and Shinshu miso was really delicious. Of course, the soba noodles were also delicious. The clerk's response was also good and comfortable. It is a shop I want to visit again when I come to Suwa.

The mom who runs the store makes it taste good. I also appreciate the pickled and simmered dishes. The soba noodles were thin and went down well with the grated yam ^ - ^

It was a little cold, so I ate a warm "tempura soba". I had a large serving of new soba (120 yen more), but it was a very satisfying bowl.
