Chino, Nagano, Japan｜Choju Sarashina

My favorite sobaya in Japan. Have to have its cold soba noodle made of 100% soba-flour. I am lucky to try winter cold dry soba (time limited) this time! The best part is to enjoy sobayu with the remaining sauce while the sauce is mixed with grated fresh wasabi. Then eat its soba pudding Forgot to take a shot before finishing everything on my plate :(

Visited on Sunday afternoon. I arrived before the store opened, and there were several people waiting for the store to open.
