Suzaka, Nagano, Japan｜谷屋

It was around 12:30, but it was empty, probably because it was a weekday in the middle of Golden Week. I ordered a large warm bowl of tempura soba and tororo soba. It was very filling and had a light soup without the saltiness of a soba restaurant in Tokyo, with a strong soba flavor, and the slightly thick noodles were very delicious.

It feels clean, but it doesn't seem crowded even though it's in front of the station. I thought it would be a disappointment, but the food was very delicious. You can't go wrong with Shinshu soba.

Although the store is old, it was clean and the customer service was polite and pleasant.
