Food is delicious! Service is impeccable. Can opt for the half miso suki bowl (quantity of the beef is the same as a full bowl, just lesser rice so you can try their tempura!!) Overall, great dining experience!!! A must try when you are at Nagano.

Misosukidon - I highly recommend this traditional Suzaka dish. It is a miso flavored pork and beef on rice dish with burdock and a partially boiled egg on top. The tempura here is really good and everything is at a reasonable price. It is a soba restaurant and has great tasting soba from the Shinsu Nagano area. Two adults can have a meal for around 2,000-2,500 yen.
