The ramen was hand-rolled, the soup was sweet, and the chashu was soft and delicious. Both the loin and fillet cutlet were delicious with seasonings that matched the rice. When I finished eating, my wife asked me if I would like some coffee. I asked, so I got the black one. I've read a lot of things about the owner in the reviews, but when I talked to him about it at the time of checkout, he was a very friendly and smiling person, and I had a very good impression of him.
