Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan｜民宿長沢峠（長沢峠ドライブイン）

I've been running on the road for decades, but I've been in the middle of a long time since I've seen other people's posts. The appearance is a drive-in of drive-in that has an undeniable Showa feel. Photos of the dishes are displayed at the entrance, so it is recommended to enter the store after understanding it to some extent. I entered the store without knowing this time. 2-3 minutes to wrestle with the menu letters of the ticket vending machine. I ordered a set of miso ramen and mini cutlet bowl that seemed to be safe (the ticket vending machine was out of order, so I ordered it from the old lady clerk standing next to me). The inside of the store is quite large, probably because the sightseeing bus stops, and even the tatami room is "kotatsu specification"! and. While doing so, miso ramen arrived. The old lady waits for the katsudon a little longer. Not bad. "and. It's unpretentious and intimate, and I love it. And after 2 to 3 minutes, the mini cutlet bowl arrived. The miso ramen uses homemade miso, so it's refreshing. Still, it had a firm richness and matched the stir-fried vegetables and thin curly noodles. The mini cutlet bowl is not a cutlet bowl with several slices of katsudon, but a single mini cutlet as a katsudon. The cutlet is soft and fluffy with a sauce that is not too sweet. I also wanted to try the single cutlet bowl. After eating, looking back at other people's posts, it seems that motsuyaki was recommended. Motsuyaki for cutlet bowl. I want to stop by again. Drive-in rice that isn't fancy is still delicious.

This is a really good old store located on the outskirts of Iwaki City. There are very few places like this in Hokkaido, where I live, so I was really impressed when I visited here for the first time. Not only the exterior but also the inside of the store is amazing! ! ! It feels like an old diner. Also, depending on the location, there are places that look like old homes, and I'm really moved by the fact that Fukushima Prefecture has so many heartwarming places like this. When I travel to Tohoku and move from Iwaki to Koriyama, I always stop by here. Sometimes I like to order miso oden and sometimes oshiruko and relax. Both the building and the surrounding nature are sights you won't find in Hokkaido. Anyway, the giant Ferris wheel outside...maybe? ? What is that? ? Although it is a Ferris wheel, there is no gondola for people to get on and off, but I wonder if it is a water wheel rather than a Ferris wheel? ? I wonder if it is used now? ? It looks like it is no longer in use. It's a simple but big drive-in with quite a lot of mysteries. Apparently there is also a guest house.

Normally, the system is for customers to purchase from a vending machine, but I wanted to see that it was broken, so the lady took my order and handed me the food ticket. She was an old lady that I couldn't hate. This place was also broadcast on TV last week, and they said that the number one dish at this restaurant was Jinniskan. But I don't like it, so I had the fried chicken set meal. Is delicious.
