Other people have commented that there wasn't much offal, but it didn't feel like there was much and it was delicious. I ordered the soy sauce-flavored giblet hotpot, but the soy sauce wasn't too strong and the taste was almost salty, so the soup was delicious. The cabbage seemed to be locally sourced, so it was fresh and delicious. Also, the other dishes were very delicious. I especially like the sumotsu, fried burdock, fried fish cakes, and fried mentaiko omelets! The owner's mom was very friendly and we had a lot of fun! I went there once and liked it so I went again. I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

I stopped by on a snowboarding trip. First of all, the chicken and boiled daikon radish that came out as an appetizer was very delicious, and the deliciousness permeated my chilled body. The soy sauce-flavored motsu nabe that I had as a main dish was also very tasty, with a light soup that was easy to eat and the offal had no smell. Other than that, I also tried Chikuwa Isobe-age and Kingyo-yaki, an omelette with pickled ginger, which I highly recommend. If I come here again, I would like to use it again.
