A Chinese restaurant located along National Route 21 in Mizuho City, Gifu Prefecture, whose main focus is hot pot dishes. In China, it is a fairly inexpensive dish for the common people, but in Japan, it seems to be quite a luxury dish. This time, I went for a weekday lunch and ordered the set menu (1,650 yen), which consisted of lamb meat, vegetables, and rice, with a choice of hot pot soup or spicy soup. In addition, you can choose from three levels of spiciness for the spicy soup. For two or more people, you can choose two types of soup at the same time: white soup and maladang. This time, it seemed like it took a little while for the food to come out, so they added some chicken at the service. For an additional 200 yen, I was able to order an additional set of Chinese tea and dessert, which seems like a good deal for 200 yen.

This is a chain hot pot specialty store located near the Hozumi Nakahara intersection on National Route 21. There are many shops in China, but they are basically different, and of course the service and ingredients in Japan are far better, but the prices are even higher. (This is just a comparison with the price in China) This time I used it for lunch, the lunch menu hot pot is 1650 yen including tax, the meat is mutton, and if you are alone, the soup is one color.

When I was stationed in China, I often went to eat at this chain restaurant because it was a reasonable price. The taste has been arranged to suit Japanese tastes, making it easy to eat and delicious. Turtle jelly was on the menu and I enjoyed it for the first time in a while. After that, I was a little surprised that the dipping sauce was charged separately.
