Kakamigahara, Gifu, Japan｜Nobunaga Kakamigahara

The motsuyaki was very delicious! Nobunaga characteristic pun? It's sweet and spicy and very delicious. That taste you get when you eat bean sprouts soaked in sauce on top of rice. It's an exquisite dish that makes you want to come back at least once a week.

I've been curious about it for a while, and I finally got around to it! One of us had motsu nabe for lunch on the weekend!! We had the recommended white miso-based soup and chicken yukhoe. I couldn't wait to eat it, so I started eating it when the cabbage had softened a little, but when I bit into the offal, the sweetness came out and it was really delicious (*´﹃｀*) The yukhoe thighs are neither too soft nor too tough, with just the right amount of chewiness and sweetness!! I will come again m(_ _)m

The offal and white miso soup was very good and delicious😋 The Champon noodles at the end are also delicious! ️ I thought it would be better in Kakamigahara, but it was amazing! ️😋👍
