It was empty as it was a delicate time. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and there are many tables for four people. The staff are very kind and will give you detailed information on the menu, including the quantity and recommendations. In addition, there is a stove in front of the restaurant and a pot is boiled, but the staff basically adjusts the heat and mixes the food, so you can enjoy the best preparation of the dish. I'm not a spicy person, so I can go for it even if it's still spicy, but I was able to enjoy it with just the right amount of spiciness. I wasn't able to eat much, so I would like to stop by and try other menu items when I go to Gifu again.
