All the dishes were delicious. The pork kimchi hotpot and Caesar salad were especially delicious! It's a recommended izakaya with a nice atmosphere and a dark private room! Thank you for the meal, I'll come again!

I visited Nagaoka and Niigata on a business trip! I've only been to Nagaoka Station twice, so I don't know much about it, but when I looked, I saw an announcement about the opening of a new store. There were many shops that were not open due to shortened business hours, so I entered the shop without any hesitation! This time, there were four of us, and the first impression we had was that the exterior and interior had a calm atmosphere, giving the impression that it was a restaurant for adults. I was guided to a tatami room for 4 people! It's a private room, so it's very comfortable! I ordered some sake first and when I was looking at the order, I was surprised to see that they had a pretty extensive lineup of sake! Niigata is famous for its sake, but the owner seems to be purchasing his favorite drinks from all over the country, not just Niigata sake. I don't think there are many places that stock this much, even in prefectures with a strong Japanese sake culture. The four of us had a lot of fun drinking 3 kinds of carefully selected sake and drinking aged sake while being well attended to, but it's not a lot that can be conquered in one visit! lol The overall food menu gives the impression that there are many alcoholic drinks. For business travelers like us, it was a very easy-to-use store that included local items, so we could enjoy a variety of things. Also, since it is a store that is easy to use not only for the first store but also for the second store, I think it can be used in a wide range of situations. I think it was some kind of fate that I was able to visit on the day the new store opened, so I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!
