Beautifully cooked and juicy pork!! If you sit at the front you can see how everything is prepared and cooked with the open kitchen.

The store is not very big, but the staff are energetic and the atmosphere is bright. I got the impression that the staff members, who had just started working part-time and were not used to it, were trying their best to accommodate them. Tonkatsu is thick but soft, and I like to try it with sweet and dry sauces, and I also like miso cutlet and cutlet ball, which are served piping hot on the iron plate with miso sauce. You can choose from pot-fired rice, chicken burdock rice, or barley rice, all of which are delicious and come with free refills. Refills of miso soup and cabbage are also free, so it's a good idea to bring along plenty of food.

You can eat aged meat wrapped in crispy batter at a reasonable price. I'm also happy with the refill service of rice and cabbage.
