First of all you need to slit the rice into 4 pieces and take one to the bowl. Enjoy without any addition as first. Second can be added green onion and seaweed. Third can be added green onion, seaweed and wasabi. And pour soup on the rice. The last will be the way of your favorite. This is how we eat HITSUMABUSHI.
