I used it for lunch. I ate Shirakabaju and the other members ate Unaju. I tried one bite and was surprised at how delicious it was. The skin is crispy and the inside is fluffy, which is great. And the price is surprisingly cheap. I don't think there is any other restaurant where you can eat delicious eel at this price. Shirakabaju comes with wasabi, salt, and soy sauce, so you can eat it in various ways. (Additional sauce for pouring over white rice is also available) The sauce was also delicious, but I really liked the shirayaki. I highly recommend Shirakabaju, which allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one meal. It is worth trying to eat. I'm going to go eat again soon!
