Since it was Doyo's Day of the Ox, I went to Kita-san to eat eel. On that day, there were many customers who were looking for eel. I was hesitant because the unagiju set was reasonably priced, but since I rarely go to unagi restaurants, I thought I'd go for something luxurious, so I decided on the ``unagiju (matsu).'' It's expensive, but it's a good deal because it comes with liver soup, wild yam, grated sweet potato, pickles, and fruit (melon). The most important part, the eel, is not very large, but it is plump and has fragrant grilled eyes that whet your appetite. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. The measures to prevent coronavirus infection are perfect, so you can eat with confidence. Also I want to go.
Eel is delicious The unaju for lunch doesn't use one fish, but it's just the right amount so you don't overeat. The fluffy eel comes with liver soup, grated Japanese yam, yuba, and pickled vegetables. I also use it when I have guests from far away.
